To achieve this, Redwood navigated an incredibly challenging combination of strict local zoning setbacks, conservation proximity, and dramatic topography. By abandoning traditional shapes and utilizing a high-level geometric design, we reclaimed every available square inch to transform a restricted lot into a high-value, resort-caliber destination.
